Create an Order Form

To add an Order Form theme, hover over the Navigation icon on the upper left hand corner of the navigation bar and click E-Commerce Setup under the E-COMMERCE section. Click ‘Order Form Themes’ under the Design header. The page displaying your active and inactive themes will appear. Edit these by clicking the ‘Edit’ link at the bottom right of each theme. To change the theme, click the ‘Use Theme’ at the bottom right of the inactive theme you chose to use, replacing the current active theme. To create a new theme, click the green ‘Create a New Theme’ button to the right of the active theme. The Order Form Themes page appears displaying possible layout and theme choices. In the top section, click the layout you wish to use. The choices are one column for 1 - 10 products or two columns for 10 - 50 products. Below the layout section are the available themes. Click the ‘Use this theme’ at the bottom right of the theme you wish to use. A popup box appears for naming the theme. Name the theme and click the green ‘Save’ button. The theme builder will be displayed , defaulting to the Images tab. Click the white ‘Edit’ box and load your logo or branding and click the green ‘Save’ box. Next, click the optional tabs beginning with the ‘HTML Areas’ tab to add html to sections of the theme, the ‘Labels’ tab to change how the words appear on the theme, and the ‘Edit CSS’ tab to change your CSS code. Click the green ‘Save’ button at the bottom right after each change. You now have themes to pull into creation of your order forms. To create an Order Form, hover over the Navigation icon on the upper left hand corner of the navigation bar and click E-Commerce Setup under the E-COMMERCE section. Click Order Forms under the Checkout header. The screen displayed will reflect any order forms you currently have. To create a new order form, click the green ‘Create New’ button at the top right of the screen. A popup box will appear for you to name your new Order Form. Enter the name and click the green ‘Save’ button at the bottom right of the box. This will open the build screen, defaulting to the ‘Add Products’ tab. In the product box under the Add Products header, click in the box and begin typing the product you want to add to the order form. A dropdown will appear with a list of products auto-recognizing what you have begun typing. Click the green ‘Add Product’ button under the product search box and that product is added to the list of products to be displayed on this order form. You have the option of adding up to 5 products to your order form this way, as well as the ability to prohibit your customer from changing the quantity in checkout. Continue to the Theme tab to check the default theme applied to this order form, or you have the option of using a different theme by clicking ‘Make Active’ at the bottom right of another theme you’d like to use. Click on the optional HTML Areas tab to add html code to the specified areas. This is where you add code for plus-sells, discounts or additional information about the products in the order form. Click on the Thank You Page tab to create what your customers will see when they have successfully submitted their order. In the box under the Thank You Page to Display, click on the dropdown to choose the option of creating a drag-n-drop Thank You Page builder that’s provided, or click Web Address to redirect the Thank You Page to your own Thank You Page. Next, click the Settings Tab to check or change the Order Form name, select the merchant account, check for duplicate contacts, and enable notifications or promo codes. Click the green ‘Save’ button in the lower left of the screen to save any changes. You now have an Order Form to highlight specific products.
