This article shows how to quickly create a link in an email that leads to a web form.
High-level overview:
- Make sure to have a web form already created and published in a campaign
- Create a Broadcast or Campaign Builder email
- Create link using quick links
Pro-tip! This will only work for the Drag and Drop Builder and Email Builder, but not the Classic email builder
Email Builder
- Highlight a word or group of text
- Click on the link icon
- Choose the "Web Form" option in the "URL" drop down
- Choose the name of the Web Form
- Click Insert Link
Drag and Drop Builder (legacy)
- Highlight a word or group of text
- Click on the link icon
- Change "Web Address" to "Hosted web form"
- Type to search for your web form
- Click Insert/Update button
